Alder & Ice is a retailer of saunas and cold plunges for the home. We serve homeowners, designers, and builders across the United States.
We keep the range short on purpose. Each sauna and cold plunge we offer is chosen on the strength of its materials, its build, and the support behind it. Pricing, delivery, and terms are confirmed in writing before any order is placed, so you know exactly what to expect before you commit.
We do not list on marketplaces. We do not run countdown timers or inflate a list price so we can strike it through.
How we work
- A short range. A small number of saunas and cold plunges, chosen with care.
- Planning first. Before you order, we look at your space from photos and measurements and walk through placement, access, and what the site will need.
- Heat and cold, planned together. Contrast therapy works best when the hot and cold sides are considered as one: one footprint, matched finishes, one delivery plan.
- Straight answers. How your order will travel, what to expect on delivery day, and what we need from you, in writing before you order.
- Climate aware. We plan outdoor saunas and plunges for the conditions they will actually live in: heat, sun, humidity, cold, and HOA rules.
A note from our General Manager
A sauna or a cold plunge is a purchase you make once and live with for a long time. It is heavy, it needs power and a level place to sit, and it arrives on a pallet. Most of the questions we hear are not about the product. They are about everything around it: which pad, which truck, who to call if something arrives damaged.
That is the part of the business we take most seriously. We will give you straight answers before you order, a clear plan for delivery, and a real person to call afterwards. If something is not right for your space or your climate, we will say so.
