Terms of service
These terms govern your use of alderandice.com and any purchase you make from Alder & Ice Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Alder & Ice," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Where this page and your written order confirmation differ, the order confirmation governs.
Orders and acceptance
- An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a written confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason before acceptance, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve, and we will refund any payment taken.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and any delivery charge confirmed with your order. We collect sales tax where we are required to.
- Specifications, pricing, delivery, and all other terms for a specific product are confirmed in writing at the time of order. If we discover an error after you order we will contact you with the correct information and the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
- Products are sold for residential use unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms are confirmed in writing before any order is placed. Large items travel by freight carrier by appointment. You agree to inspect the shipment on delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report damage or shortage to us promptly with photos, within the window stated in your order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery, subject to any damage claim process stated in your order confirmation.
Site preparation
You are responsible for site preparation, electrical work, permits, HOA approvals, moving the product from the drop point, and assembly. Electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician to local code. Alder & Ice does not perform assembly or site work, and guidance we provide does not replace the product's written instructions or a qualified professional's judgement on site.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation, return, and refund terms for your order, including any return window, fees, and return shipping, are confirmed in writing at the time of order. Custom and made to order items are final sale.
Warranty
Warranty coverage for each product is confirmed in writing at the time of order. Alder & Ice makes no additional warranty of its own, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
Health and safety
Saunas and cold plunges involve heat and cold exposure. They are not medical devices and nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, or take medication that affects blood pressure or temperature regulation. Follow the product's written safety instructions, never use alone if you are at risk, and supervise children at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alder & Ice is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site, a product, its delivery, or its use, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Content on this site is owned by Alder & Ice or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We may change the site, these terms, and our policies at any time; changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, please contact us; most issues are resolved by a phone call.
